前作から5年ぶりとなるアルバム『ソングス・オブ・イノセンス』リリースに伴う、「iNNOCENCE+eXPERIENCE TOUR 2015」ヨーロッパ・レグより、2公演行われたフランス、パリでの2日目となる、11月11日の模様を、TVオンエアー・マスターからのプロショット映像にて収録した映像をダイレクトにブルーレイ化。まずブルーレイの大容量を活かし、元素材そのままのHDクオリティーによる映像とサウンドは、ベストといえるもの。 そして何より特筆すべきは本ツアーにおいて初の完全プロショット・ライブとなるもので、放送上の都合で一部カットされているパートはあるものの、ライブの全貌は高画質HD:TVクオリティーにてほぼ完全再現。そしてパリでは久しぶりのアリーナ公演ながら、屋内でもやはり最新テクノロジーを駆使したショーを展開しており、巨大スクリーンのホログラム映像と、生演奏バンドがインタラクティヴに共演するハイテク・ステージとなることに。そして本ツアーのコンセプト同様、大きく分けて2部構成＋アンコールの3パートとなっており、第1部は「SONGS OF INNOCENCE」からの新曲を軸にした“iNNOCENCE”パート、第2部は80年代のヒット・チューンをフィーチュアした“eXPERIENCE”パートで、第1部にも新曲だけではなく、「The Electric Co.」「I Will Follow」「Sunday Bloody Sunday」といった80年代ナンバーも間にはさみつつ、アンコールは近年の代表曲やポール・サイモンのカバー「Mother and Child Reunion」などで締めるというもの。そして何よりこの2日後に発生した、忌まわしいテロ事件により、このパリ公演以降のライブが中止となってしまい、翌12月に振替となるきびしい状況前の貴重な記録にもなるもので、さらにボーナスとして、2015年のTV出演映像をはじめ、ワールド・エイズ・デイや、MTVアワードなどの2014年のTV映像もコンパイルした、トータル3時間8分は、2015年映像アイテムとしては必携のコレクターズ・エディション。 1.
