2013年、27回目の開催となったニール・ヤング主催の恒例チャリティー・コンサートより、ニールのソロ・ステージ、さらには7年ぶりの復活となったCSN&Yの2日間のライブを、音と映像のカップリングでコンプリート収録。まず音源は10月26日をステレオ・サウンドボード、翌27日をデジタルオーディエンス・マスターより。さらに映像もWEBキャストでライブ配信された初日をプロショット、27日をモバイルも含む各種オーディエンス映像でトータル90分にわたりコンプリート収録。まず今回もカリフォルニア、マウンテン・ビューで開催され、ハート、エルヴィス・コステロ、アーケード・ファイヤ、クィーンズ・オブ・ザ・ストーン・エイジ、そしてトム・ウェイツなど多彩な顔ぶれが出演し、それぞれ素晴らしいアコースティック・パフォーマンスを披露し、その中でニールが参加したナンバーは全て収録。そして今回のトリであり、やはり最大の話題となったのは、2006年から7年ぶりの復活となったCSN&Yで、素晴らしいハーモニーは今だ健在。また27日はこの当日に亡くなったルー・リードを追悼し、VUの「オー！スイート・ナッシン」を、当日のゲストらと披露したりと、話題の多かった一大イベントの聞き所・見所を全てここにコンパイル。 DISC ONE : [NEIL YOUNG] 01.
